Classic Barre

This no nonsense, results oriented fitness method is tough but safe while building flexibility and strength equally. Barre is a body shaping workout combining strength training, orthopedic back exercises, dance and hatha yoga all wrapped into an hour of mind-body exercises to leave you feeling simply amazing. Sticky socks are strongly recommended.

Booty Barre

This awesome class consists of a dynamic warm up and upper body work followed by 30 minutes at the barre working in different directions with cardio blasts to keep the heart rate elevated. High energy music will keep you motivated to get in those last few reps! The class concludes with Pilates inspired abdominal and back work, followed by a stretch for flexibility. It is not just for the booty; you will hit your entire body and yes, you will sweat!

Cardio Barre Intervals

Designed to meet your cardio, strength, flexibility and balance needs! An energetic and fun interval workout that fuses techniques from the barre, barefoot cardio and Pilates principles. Be prepared to feel the burn with resistance bands, small hand weights, balls and other props. All levels are welcome and encouraged!
