Melissa is a NASM certified personal trainer and an AFAA certified group exercise instructor. She specializes in Barre and HIIT (high intensity interval training) class formats. She is certified in TRX (Total Resistance Exercises), a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises. Melissa utilizes TRX in her personal training sessions to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
