Kate Perez

Kate has been a fitness professional for 15 years. She began her professional fitness career in Boston, MA where she worked for Healthworks Fitness Centers for Women as an instructor before quickly taking over as the full-time Group Fitness Director. She continued her journey as both an instructor and Director in two of their busiest health centers in Boston’s Back Bay and in the Cambridge, MA Porter Square locations before relocating with her family back to her native CT. “I absolutely LOVE what I do. Making Fitness a part of your daily routine is hard work and it takes a strong drive. If I can make fitness challenging AND fun, I can help people commit to a healthier lifestyle. I can help them live longer and change their lives for the better. That is what my passion is all about. It’s about changing lives for the better which changes my life for the better too.”
In 2017 she was accepted as a Master Trainer for the Savvier Fitness Program, Tabata Bootcamp. Certifications include: AFAA for group fitness, NASM for Personal Training, Peak Pilates Mat 1, ZUMBA, Bosu, Les Mills, MOSSA STT, Urban Rebounding, and Kickboxing.
