As manager of “The Club,” Donna applies her 10+ years of experience in health and wellness to motivate clients to make healthy choices in balancing fitness, nutrition and education, encouraging everyone to find their “exercise passion” and have FUN while working out to stay motivated!
Donna’s true passion is helping men and women lose weight through inspiring weight loss challenges she’s created over the years, including Privé Swiss’ “28 Day SlimDown.”
With Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor certifications through AFAA, Donna also holds several specialty certifications, including HIIT through Tabata Bootcamp, indoor cycling certifications through Schwinn and Madddog, Barre and Tabata Barre through BarreAbove, Shockwave, Cancer Exercise Specialist (C.E.S.), NASM Weight Loss Specialist (W.L.S.) and NASM Senior Fitness Specialist (S.F.S.). Donna has a bachelor of science from The University of Connecticut.
